About This Trial

This study tested a new molecular tool (called a “response classifier”) that analyzes a patient’s biology to predict which type of medication — a JAK inhibitor, T-cell inhibitor, or IL-6 inhibitor — is most likely to work for them.

The goal was to move toward more personalized treatment for rheumatoid arthritis, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Participants provided samples that were used to evaluate the classifier’s ability to predict treatment response.
