About This Trial

This open-label Phase 2 study is currently enrolling adults with uncontrolled gout who previously tried a uricase-based treatment (a medication that breaks down uric acid) but did not achieve adequate results.

Participants will receive AR882 together with an XOI (xanthine oxidase inhibitor), another uric acid-lowering medication, to evaluate the combination’s safety and effectiveness.

Because the study is open-label, all participants will know they are receiving the active treatment — there is no placebo group.

Condition: Uncontrolled Gout (prior uricase failure)
