Aishwarya Nair is a Clinical Research Coordinator II at Lakeside Clinical Research Center, a dedicated clinical research site serving participants across Bellevue, WA and the greater Seattle area.
She holds a degree in Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology, a foundation that deepens her understanding of the science behind emerging therapies being studied in rheumatology research.
In her role, Aishwarya coordinates participant visits and follow-up care, maintains data integrity, and works closely with sponsors to uphold protocol and regulatory standards, ensuring every study is conducted with precision and care.
Before joining Lakeside, Aishwarya built a meaningful background in patient-centered care through her work as a pharmacy assistant and her volunteer experience in free clinics, emergency medical services, and street medicine. These experiences gave her a strong appreciation for accessible, high-quality care, values she brings directly into her work supporting clinical trials in Bellevue, WA.
She is especially drawn to rheumatology research, where trials studying conditions such as Gout, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriatic Arthritis, Ankylosing Spondylitis, Lupus, Osteoporosis, Sjögren’s Syndrome, Polymyalgia Rheumatica, and Giant Cell Arteritis have the power to expand treatment access and improve quality of life for patients with complex, chronic conditions.
Aishwarya finds her work most rewarding when participants share how a new treatment has made a real difference in their daily lives, and she is equally motivated by the opportunity to contribute to discoveries that benefit future patients.
